Shipping & handling
Our regular shipping conditions are as follows:
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, is FREE of charge on all orders.
Shipping internationally - outside the Netherlands and Belgium: € 14.-
Worldwide/international shipping - FREE of charge - on orders over € 75.-.
All prices include 21% VAT.

Items that are in stock will be shipped next business day. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note: overseas deliveries may take longer.
Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday, during office hours.
Next-day-delivery is possible when an in-stock item is ordered one business day to another - within the Netherlands.
Due to the COVID-pandemic, shipping in general - and to the US in particular - does take longer than usual.
We are a small family business. We do not have our orders processed and dispatched 24/7. This means that compared to online businesses with their own logistics center, the lead time between order and actual delivery may be slightly longer.
We are convinced however, that our unique collection, our highest quality products, our personal approach, our shipping, handling and customer care, are more than worth the wait.
Returns | Exchange procedure
If - for whatever reason (no hard feelings ;-)) - your are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 14 days after receipt. A refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) is/are received by us - in good order.
Item(s) that is/are returned, must be:
in its/their original packaging
with the/their original label(s) attached
in undamaged and unused condition
In case of a return, notify us through the RETURNS NOTIFICATION form below, beforehand.
This enables us to create a (return) shipping label, which will be forwarded through e-mail, for you to be printed and attached to the return parcel.
Shipping fees for returns from outside the Netherlands are not refunded.
